Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
¾ c. flour ½ c. corn meal 1 T. baking powder 2 T. sugar ½ c. milk 1 egg ¼ c. melted butter or margarine
Directions
Pour enough oil in the bottom of your baking pan to thinly cover it. Pour corn bread mixture into pan. Bake in 425 degree oven for 20 – 25 minutes.
