Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 cans, 16 ounces each, whole kernel corn, drained 1 cup milk 2 large eggs 1/2 cup ground ham 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese 1 slice bread, crusts removed, crumbled 2 tbsp. minced onion 2 tbsp. minced red bell pepper 2 tbsp. minced green bell pepper 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 cups cubed bread 3 tbsp. melted butter 1 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together corn, milk, eggs, ham, cheese, crumbled bread, onion, bell pepper, salt and pepper and pour into a greased 10x6 baking pan. Mix together cubed bread and butter and sprinkle over corn mixture. Sprinkle parmesan over. Place pan on a cookie sheet and bake 25 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
