Cool Summer California Fruit and Ham kabobs Recipe Rating: N/A

Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
Dressing;
1 cup prepared mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Kabobs:
Cooked ham cubes
Fresh peach slices
Fresh nectarine slices
Fresh plum slices
Fresh Bartlett pear slices

Lettuce leaves

Directions
For Dressing:
Stir together mayonnaise, sugar and curry powder in a small bowl until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve kabobs.

Makes 1 cup dressing.

For Kabobs:
Alternate ham cubes, peach slices, nectarine slices, Plum and pear slices on wooden or bamboo skewers. Line a serving plate with lettuce leaves. Arrange kabobs on lettuce. Serve with dressing.
