Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 1/2 ounces chopped semisweet chocolate 1 cup milk 1 tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. almond extract 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 cup hot, strong coffee 1/4 cup brandy
Directions
Combine chocolate and milk in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and milk is hot but not boiling. Transfer mixture to a blender. Add sugar, almond extract and cinnamon. Blend 15 seconds. Divide mixture between 2 large mugs. Pour 1/2 cup coffee into each mug. Stir in brandy and serve.
Serves 2.
