Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 pounds lean ground beef 1/4 cup peeled, grated potato 1 large egg 1 cup grated onion 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 13 ounce bottle chili sauce 5 tbsp. grape jelly dash worcestershire sauce
Directions
Stir together beef, potato, egg and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Form into small meatballs and reserve. Stir together chili sauce, jelly and worcestershire in a skillet. Bring to a simmer and add meatballs. Cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer meatballs to chafing dish. Skim fat from sauce and pour over meatballs. Serve warm.
About 75 to 100 meatballs.
