Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
8 cups tomato juice
2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. celery salt
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. tabasco sauce
salt
pepper
8 stalks celery with leaves
4 medium carrots, peeled and halved lengthwise
1 cucumber, cut lengthwise into 8 strips
4 green onion tops, cut lengthwise into long strips
ice cubes
1 1/2 cups vodka

Directions
Combine tomato juice, horseradish, lemon juice, celery salt, worcestershire and tabasco in a large pitcher. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Tie 1 celery stalk, 1 carrot stick and 1 cucumber strip together with a green onion strip. Repeat with remaining vegetables. Fill tall glasses with ice. Stir vodka into tomato mixture. Divide between glasses and garnish with vegetable bundles.

Serves 8.
