Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 pound shredded monterey jack cheese 18 ounces canned chopped clams 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley 2 tbsp. minced fresh chives 1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic dash cayenne pepper dash black pepper 8 rounds pumpernickel
Directions
Mix together cheese, clams, parsley, garlic, chives, cayenne and pepper. Place bread in bottom of 4 ounce ramekins and fill with clam mixture. Broil until golden brown and bubbly.
