Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup fresh orange juice
2 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups water
10 mint sprigs
1 (32 oz.) bottle gingerale
bottled water

Directions
Bring lemon juice, orange juice, sugar, water and mint to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, cover, and let steep till cool. Strain. Cover and refrigerate. To serve: fill glasses with ice. Fill with equal amounts of fruit juice, gingerale and water.

Makes approx. 15 servings.
