Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
Cake: 1 cup margarine, softened 1 1/4 cups sugar 2 large eggs 2 cups all purpose flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 cup sour cream 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Topping: 3/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon 4 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. cocoa powder
Directions
For Cake: Grease and flour a bundt pan. Beat margarine with sugar until creamy. Add eggs 1 at a time. Sift together flour, baking soda and baking powder. Add alternately with sour cream in 3 additions. Add vanilla. Spoon 1/3 of batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle 1/3 of topping mixture over batter. Repeat layering twice more with batter and topping. Place in a non-preheated oven and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes before removing. Cool Completely
Serves 10 to 12.
