Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3/4 cups heavy or whipping cream
enough ground coffe to brew 12 cups
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
kahlua to taste
Directions
Brew coffee with cinnamon. Whip cream with sugar soft peaks. Stir kahlua into hot coffee, top with dollops of whipped cream and garnish with a cinnamon stick if desired.
Makes 12 cups.
