Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 1/4 cups softened butter 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup sour cream 1 large egg 2 tsp. vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats 10 ounce package white chocolate chips 1 cup shredded coconut 3 1/2 ounce jar macadamia nuts, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat together butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Blend in sour cream, egg and vanilla. Sift together flour and baking soda and add to batter. Stir in salt, oats, white chocolate chips, coconut and macadamias. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until edges are lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on pan. Transfer cookies to racks and cool completely.
Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
