Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
18 ounces semisweet chocolate chips 2 cups miniature marshmallows 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 cup chopped pistachios 1/2 cup dried chopped cranberries 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
Directions
Line a 9x9 inch pan with foil leaving an overhang at each end. Combine semisweet chips, marshmallows and milk in a large microwaveable bowl. Microwave until melted, 3 to 5 minutes, stirring after every minute. Stir in vanilla, pistachios and cranberries and pour into pan. Melt white chocolate chips in microwave. Drizzle over top of fudge. Refrigerate 2 hours until firm. Remove fudge from pan, using foil as a guide. Cut into squares.
Makes approximately 6 dozen squares.
