Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
Salad: 4 cups shredded green cabbage 1 large red bell pepper, stemmed, seeded and diced 2 small carrots, peeled and shredded
Dressing: 1/2 cup prepared mayonnaise 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
For Salad: Toss together cabbage, bell pepper and carrots in a large bowl. Pour dressing over and toss to coat.
For Dressing: Stir together mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, pepper, cilantro and salt in a small bowl until smooth.
Serves 4 to 6.
