Crust: 3 cups all purpose flour, sifted 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 3/4 cup cold butter, diced 1/4 cup cold vegetable shortening, diced 6 tbsp. ice water
Filling: 2 ounces semisweet chocolate 3/4 cup cream cheese, room temperature 1 cup powdered sugar 1/3 cup heavy or whipping cream 1 tbsp. orange liqueur 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 2 pints fresh strawberries, washed and stemmed 1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam, melted
Directions
For Crust: Blend together flour, sugar and salt in a food processor. Add butter and shortening and blend until a coarse meal forms. With processor running, slowly add ice water and blend just until a dough forms. Gather dough into a ball, then flatten to a disc. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Roll out dough to 1/8 inch thick. Grease six 3 inch heart shaped tart pans. Form dough into pans. Poke bottom of dough with a fork. Freeze 15 minutes. Bake tart shells 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely. Carefully remove tart shells from pans.
For Filling: Melt chocolate in a small saucepan over very low heat. Carefully spread melted chocolate over bottom of tart shells. Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar in a medium bowl. Add cream, liqueur and vanilla and beat to blend. Spoon mixture into tart shells. Refrigerate tarts 30 minutes. Toss together strawberries and jam to coat. Arrange berries in tarts. Serve immediately.
