Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
Crust: 1 cup all purpose flour 1/2 cup chopped pecans 2 tbsp. sugar 1 cup cold butter, diced
Filling: 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature 1 cup powdered sugar 2 cups whipped topping 2 2/3 cups milk 3 ounce package instant vanilla pudding mix 3 ounce package instant chocolate pudding mix
Directions
For Crust: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, pecans and sugar in a food processor. Pulse until well combined. Add butter and pulse to cut in until a coarse meal forms. Press crust mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch glass baking dish. Bake about 20 minutes until crust is browned and set. Cool completely.
For Filling: Beat together cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust. Mix together 1 1/3 cups milk and vanilla pudding mix in a medium bowl. Pour over cream cheese layer. In a separate bowl, blend together remaining 1 1/3 cups milk and chocolate pudding mix. Pour over vanilla pudding. Spread remaining 1 cup whipped topping over. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut into squares.
Makes about 18 squares.
