Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 prepared 9 inch pie crust 1 cup light corn syrup 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine 1 tsp. vanilla extract 3 large eggs 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat together corn syrup, sugar, butter or margarine, vanilla and eggs until well mixed. Stir in chocolate and pecans. Spread in crust and bake 55 to 60 minutes until deep golden brown and filling is set. Cool completely.
Makes 1 pie.
