Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
Crust: 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped 12 oreos, chopped 1/4 cup melted butter
Filling: 4 pints chocolate ice cream, softened slightly 10 ounces chocolate peanut butter cups, chopped
Sauce: 1 1/4 cups prepared chocolate fudge topping 2 tbsp. kahlua 1 1/2 tsp. instant coffee powder 1 1/2 tsp. water
Directions
Crust:Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Coat 9 inch pie pan with nonstick spray. Finely grind peanuts in food processor. Add cookie and process till well chopped. Mix in butter and press into bottom and up sides of pie pan. Bake 8 minutes. Let cool to room temperature. Freeze.
Filling: Stir together ice cream and peanut butter cups. Spread 1/2 of ice cream mixture into crust. Cover and freeze remaining ice cream mixture. Freeze pie until set, about 4 hours. Spoon remaining ice cream mixture over. Freeze until Firm.
Topping: Stir together fudge topping, kahlua, coffee powder and water in a saucepan and heat through. Serve over pie.
Makes 1 pie.
