Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 3/4 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1 cup softened butter 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 large egg 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1 2/3 cups peanut butter baking chips 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together flour, cocoa powder and baking soda in a medium bowl. Stir in salt. Beat together butter and both sugars in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Beat in flour mixture until just combined. Stir in peanut butter and semisweet chips. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto ungreased sheet pans, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake about 12 minutes until cookies are set and starting to crack on top. Cool cookies 1 minute on pans. Transfer to a rack and cool completely.
Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
