Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 cup softened butter or margarine 1/4 cup granulated sugar 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix 2 large eggs 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 16 ounce package semisweet or milk chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly coat a cookie sheet with nonstick spray. Blend together butter or margarine, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and chocolate pudding mix in a large bowl. Add eggs and beat until smooth. Sift together flour and baking soda in a medium bowl. Beat flour mixture into cookie batter. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop cookies by tablespoonfuls onto prepared pan. Bake cookies 8 to 10 minutes until tops are softly set. Cool cookies 5 minutes on pan. Transfer cookies to a rack and cool completely. Store cookies at room temperature in an airtight container.
Makes about 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
