Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 large eggs 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1/8 tsp. salt 1 cup butter melted, cooled 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips 1 cup chopped walnuts 9 inch pie crust
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Whisk together eggs, sugars and vanilla. Whisk in flour and salt. Whisk in butter in 3 additions. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Spoon into pie crust and bake until puffed and golden brown, approx. 50 minutes. Cool on rack 20 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature with whipped cream.
Makes 1 pie.
