Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/3 cup cocoa powder 1/3 cup sugar 1/3 cup melted butter or margarine 24 ounces cream cheese, softened 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk 3 large eggs 2 tsp. vanilla extract 1 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips, divided 1 tsp. all purpose flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Wrap the outside of a 9 inch springform pan tightly with foil. Combine graham crumbs, cocoa, sugar and butter or margarine in a food processor. Blend until evenly moistened. Press evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Place springform in a roasting pan. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until fluffy. Gradually add condensed milk and beat until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and blend well. Toss together 1/2 cup chocolate chips with flour in a small bowl. Stir into cream cheese mixture. Pour batter over crust and sprinkle remaining chocolate chips over top. Fill roasting pan with enough hot water to come 1 to 2 inches up sides of springform pan. Bake 1 hour until center is set. Remove from oven and cool to room temperature. Refrigerate, covered, at least 8 hours before serving.
Serves 10 to 12.
