Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 tbsp. butter, softened 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled 2 1/2 cup sifted powder sugar 2 1/2 to 3 tbsp. milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
Beat together the butter and chocolate. Beat in 1/2 of powdered sugar. Beat in 1 tbsp. of milk and the vanilla. Gradually beat in remaining powdered sugar. Add additional milk to bring mixture to a spreadable consistency.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
