Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
4 cooked hot dogs, sliced in half lengthwise 1/4 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese 3 1/2 ounce can French fried onion rings, divided 15 ounce can red kidney beans, drained 8 ounce can tomato sauce 1/2 cup prepared mayonnaise 1 tsp. chili powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lay hot dog halves in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with Cheddar and half of the onion rings. Spoon the kidney beans over. Stir together the tomato sauce, mayonnaise and chili powder in a small bowl. Pour over kidney beans. Top with remaining onion rings and bake 40 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Serves 4.
