Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
6 split chicken breasts, boiled, bones removed and meat diced 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup prepared mayonnaise 1 package frozen broccoli, thawed and drained 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms 1/3 cup slivered almonds 2 packages poultry stuffing mix prepared according to package directions
Directions
Stir together soups and mayonnaise in a large bowl until smooth. Add chicken and scrape into a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Top with broccoli, mushrooms, almonds and stuffing. Bake 30 minutes until stuffing is lightly browned.
Can be prepared 1 day ahead before baking.
Serves 6 to 8.
