Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
6 split chicken breasts 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 package frozen, thawed broccoli, drained 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms 1/3 cup slivered almonds 2 packages stuffing mix, prepared according to package directions
Directions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add chicken and boil until cooked through. Drain chicken and cool. Remove skin and bones from chicken. Dice chicken meat. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together both soups and mayonnaise in a large bowl. Stir in chicken until blended. Lightly coat the inside of a 13x9 inch baking dish. Spoon the chicken mixture into the prepared dish. Layer the broccoli, mushrooms, almonds and stuffing over the chicken. Bake about 30 minutes until casserole is heated through and stuffing is browned. Serve hot.
Serves 6 to 8.
