Chicken Fried Steak Sandwich with Cajun Mayonnaise

Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
Cajun Mayonnaise: 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise 1 1/2 tbsp. Cajun seasoning 1 1/2 tsp. minced fresh garlic
Sandwich: 12 frozen, thawed prepared chicken fried steaks 12 Kaiser rolls, split and toasted 24 tomato slices 12 lettuce leaves
Directions
For Cajun Mayonnaise: Combine mayonnaise, Cajun seasoning and garlic in a small bowl and stir until well blended. Cover and refrigerate mayonnaise while preparing sandwiches
For Sandwiches: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat a sheet pan with cooking spray. Place the chicken fried steaks on the prepared pan. Bake steaks about 8 to 10 minutes per side until heated through. Spread 1 tbsp. of the Cajun mayonnaise on the cut side of each roll. Place 2 tomato slices and 1 lettuce leaf on each bottom bun half. Top with the chicken fried steaks and the top bun halves. Serve sandwiches immediately.
Makes 12 sandwiches.
