4 boneless pork chops 1/2 tsp. garlic-pepper seasoning 3 tsp. olive oil, divided 2 small onions, peeled and thinly sliced into rings 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. cornstarch 1/3 cup water 1/4 cup dried cherries 3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
Directions
Season pork chops with garlic-pepper seasoning. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and cook about 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer chops to a plate and tent with foil. Reduce heat to low. Add onions to skillet. Cover and cook until onions are tender, stirring occasionally. Uncover and stir in brown sugar.
