Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
2 packages(4 serving size) lemon or lime flavored gelatin
1 tsp. salt
2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water
3 tbsp. white vinegar
1/8 tsp. tabasco sauce
3/4 cup diced Swiss cheese
3/4 cup diced tomato
1/2 cup diced cooked ham
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup diced cooked turkey
3 tbsp. thinly sliced green onions

Directions
Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water in a medium bowl. Add cold water, vinegar and tabasco sauce. Refrigerate 30 minutes until thickened. Fold in Swiss cheese, tomato, ham, lettuce, bell pepper, turkey and green onions. Pour mixture into a 5 cup mold. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight until firm. Unmold onto a plate and serve.
