Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 pound ground pork sausage 4 ounce can chopped green chilies 4 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro leaves 1/4 tsp. tabasco sauce 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese twelve 6 inch corn or flower tortillas
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook sausage in a large skillet until browned, breaking up clumps. Transfer sausage to an 8x8 inch glass casserole or baking dish. Stir chilies, 3 tbsp. cilantro and tabasco into sausage. Sprinkle cheddar, Monterey Jack and remaining 1 tbsp. cilantro over sausage. Bake 10 minutes. Wrap tortillas tightly in foil. Place in oven to heat through. Bake casserole an additional 10 minutes until sausage is heated through and cheese is bubbly. Serve casserole with warm tortillas.
Serves 4.
