Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
16 ounce can cream-style corn 2 large eggs, beaten to blend 1/4 cup chopped green olives 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs 2 tbsp. cold butter or margarine, diced
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together corn, eggs, olives, cheese salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Transfer to an ungreased 1 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle crumbs over top. Dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, 30 to 35 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
