Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and quartered 2 cups heavy or whipping cream 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. white pepper chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Boil potatoes with water to cover until tender. Mash. Stir in cream, salt and pepper. Whip until light and fluffy. Sprinkle with parsley to garnish.
Serves about 6.
