Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
two 12 ounce cans peach nectar 16 ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed 3 cups water 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 1/8 tsp. salt 3 large bottles chilled champagne
Directions
Combine peach nectar, orange juice, water lemon juice and salt. Mix well and refrigerate until cold. For Service: Transfer peach mixture to a punch bowl. filled with small ice cubes. Add champagne.
Makes about 40 servings.
