Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 1/2 pounds cauliflower florets 1 tsp. minced garlic 3 tbsp. chopped green onion 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 tsp. olive oil 3/4 cups fresh breadcrumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bring 1 1/2 cups water to boil in a large saucepan. Add cauliflower and cook, covered, until just tender, about 10 minutes. Drain well and spread cauliflower in a 9x13 inch baking pan or dish. Stir together garlic, green onion, parsley, salt, pepper and olive oil in a small bowl. Lightly toss in breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over cauliflower and bake 10 minutes. To finish, broil until lightly browned, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Serves 6.
