Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 slices bacon, chopped two 6 ounce catfish fillets 1 tbsp. lemon pepper spice mix 1 tbsp. minced garlic 3 tbsp. white wine vinegar
Directions
Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp and browned. Drain on paper towels. Rub lemon pepper all over fish fillets. Add fish to skillet and cook until golden, about 4 minutes per side. Transfer fish to a plate. Add garlic to skillet and cook 1 minute, stirring. Add vinegar and bacon and boil 1 minute. Return fish to skillet and heat through. Serve immediately.
Serves 2.
