Latest Recipes Top Recipes Our Friends Home -> On the Side -> Beverages Caribbean Delight Recipe Rating: N/A Printer Friendly Recipe submitted by chefdude7263 Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead) 2 ounces Malibu rum 3/4 ounce Kahlua 3/4 ounce whole milk 3/4 ounce chocolate syrup plus additional for drizzling 1/2 cup drained mandarin orange sections 2 scoops chocolate ice cream whipped cream Directions Combine rum, Kahlua, milk, 3/4 ounce chocolate syrup, orange sections and ice cream in a blender. Process mixture until smooth. Pour into a tall chilled glass. Garnish with whipped cream. Drizzle chocolate syrup over whipped cream. Serves 1.
