Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
21 oz. can apple pie filling graham cracker crust 3 pkgs. Cream cheese ¾ c. sugar ½ t. vanilla 3 eggs cinnamon caramel (melted with milk added until it gets to the right consistency)
Directions
Line crust with caramel. Spread ½ apples over the caramel and then sprinkle with cinnamon. Mix cream cheese with sugar and vanilla. Add eggs gradually. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, or until center is set. After the cake is completely cooled, top with remaining caramel and apples.
Note: If the weather is humid, then the caramel will liquefy and slide off the top of the cake. Serve as soon as the topping is put on the cake.
