Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/4 cup soy sauce 3 tbsp. hoisin sauce 1 tbsp. dry sherry 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp. peeled, grated fresh ginger 1 tsp. brown sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 3 pound boneless whole pork tenderloin
Directions
Whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sherry, garlic, ginger, sugar and salt in a small bowl. Place pork in a shallow dish and pour hoisin mixture over. Let stand at room temperature, turning occasionally, 4 hours. Preheat broiler. Broil pork 4 inches from heat, turning and basting several times during cooking, until crisp, browned and cooked through, about 40 minutes. Slice pork thinly and serve immediately.
Serves 6 to 8.
