Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
4 cups thin sliced green cabbage 1 large red bell pepper, cored, seeded and thinly sliced 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves 1 fresh jalapeno chili, stemmed, seeded and minced 3 tbsp. olive oil 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions
Toss together cabbage, bell pepper, cilantro and jalapeno in a large bowl. Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, cumin, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Pour the dressing mixture over the cabbage and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
Serves 4.
