Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
Filling:
2 cups peeled, pitted, sliced fresh peaches
2 cups peeled, pitted, sliced fresh plums
2 cups peeled, pitted, sliced fresh nectarines
3/4 cup brown sugar

Topping:
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup plus 3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup plus 3 tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 large eggs, beaten to blend
1/2 cup melted butter

Directions
For Filling:
Coat the inside of a 9x13 inch baking dish lightly with cooking spray. Toss together peaches, plums, nectarines and brown sugar in a large bowl. Transfer filling to the prepared dish.

For Topping:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Stir together flour, both sugars, salt and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Stir in eggs until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the filling. Drizzle the melted butter over the topping. Bake cobbler 45minutes until fruit is tender and topping is lightly browned. Serve cobbler warm with ice cream if desired.

Serves 8 to 10.
