Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
Sea Bass: 4 tbsp. Cajun spice seasoning mix four 8 ounce sea bass fillets 4 tbsp. olive oil
Sauce: 1/4 cup chopped roasted garlic 1 cup prepared mayonnaise 3 1/2 ounces roasted red peppers, chopped 1 small dill pickle, chopped 1 1/2 tbsp. drained capers 1 tbsp. minced green onion 1tbsp. minced fresh parsley leaves 1 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Directions
For Sea Bass: Sprinkle Cajun seasoning all over fish. Heat oil in a cast iron skillet over high flame. Add fish fillets and cook until crisp and cooked through, turning occasionally, about 8 minutes. Serve with sauce.
For Sauce: Stir together garlic, mayonnaise, roasted peppers, dill pickle, capers, green onions, parsley and lemon juice in a small bowl.
Serves 4.
