Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 cup mayonnaise 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice 9 anchovy fillets, minced 3 medium cloves garlic, peeled and minced 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 16 cups cored and thinly sliced Savoy cabbage 8 green onions, thinly sliced 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, anchovies, garlic, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Combine Savoy cabbage and green onions in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate slaw one to two hours. Just before serving, add Parmesan to slaw and toss to blend.
Serves 6 to 8.
