Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
½ c. butter or margarine 1 egg 1 t. vanilla 1 lb. Confectioner’s sugar 2 to 3 T. milk
Directions
In small mixer bowl cream butter, egg and vanilla. Gradually beat in sugar. Add enough milk to make a frosting of good spreading consistency. Makes enough frosting for two 8 inch layer cakes or cupcakes.
