Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 1/2 ounces fruit flavored syrup of your choice 4 ounces cold, brewed tea 3 ounces milk 2 ounces cooked tapioca pearls
Directions
Place tapioca pearls into bottom of transparent cups. Mix together syrup, tea and milk. Strain over tapioca. Serve with straw large enough for tapioca to fit through.
* Can also be served warm . Makes 1 cup of tea.
