Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 tbsp. plain yogurt 2 1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard, divided 1 large clove garlic, peeled and mashed 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 pounds chicken wings 2 tbsp. fine dry breadcrumbs 1 tsp. mustard seeds 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 4 tsp. olive oil
Directions
Preheat broiler. Stir together yogurt, 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard and mashed garlic in a large bowl. Cut off chicken wing tips. Add wings to yogurt mixture and stir to coat. Cover and let stand 10 minutes. Meanwhile, stir together bread crumbs, mustard seeds, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Oil a rack and set in a broilerproof pan. Remove wings from marinade and place skin side down on rack. Broil wings 3 to 4 inches from heat for 10 minutes until golden brown. Turn wings over and broil an additional 5 minutes. Spread remaining 2 tbsp. Dijon over skin side of wings. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture over mustard. Drizzle some olive oil over each wing. Broil wings 3 to 5 minutes until crisp and golden. Serve wings hot or at room temperature.
Serves 2 to 4.
