Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
4-5 lbs. Brisket, trimmed ½ c. brown sugar 2 T. worcesteshire 1 T. minced garlic 1 T. chili powder 1 T. pepper 1 T. dry mustard 1 t. salt 1 t. cumin ¼ t. nutmeg
Directions
Mix together all ingredients and rub over brisket. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Roast in foil covered pan (poke a couple holes in the top of the foil covering). Roast 4 hours. Uncover and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
