Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 3/4 cups chicken broth 1/4 cup butter 1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic 1 1/4 pounds cabbage, halved, cored and thin sliced 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions
Bring broth, butter and garlic to boil in a large skillet. Add cabbage, cover and simmer until cabbage is tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and stir in salt and pepper
Serves 4.
