2 cups worcestershire sauce 3/4 cup bourbon 6 tbsp. onion powder 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup granulated garlic 2 tbsp. dried thyme leaves 1tbsp. chili powder 1 tsp. ground cumin 6 T-bone steaks 1 1/2 cups smoke-flavored barbecue sauce
Directions
Whisk together worcestershire sauce, bourbon, onion powder, olive oil, granulated garlic, thyme, chili powder and cumin in a medium bowl. Place T-bones in a large baking pan. Pour worcestershire mixture over steaks and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate T-bones 2 to 3 hours. Remove steaks from marinade and pat dry with paper towels.
