Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/2 cup dark molasses 1/2 cup pure maple syrup 1/4 cup butter -- ( pure cow) 1/4 cup corn oil 1/2 cup orange juice 1/2 cup good cider vinegar 1 cup good bourbon plus one good drink for the cook 3/4 cup catsup 2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic 2 yellow onions minced 1/4 cup dark brown sugar 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Mix all together and let cook on low heat for about 1/2 hour to 1 hour. Taste add red pepper, black pepper and salt to your taste. Let set over night and reheat before serving.
