1 cup canned tomato sauce 1 1/2 tbsp. Kraft barbecue sauce 1 tbsp. sugar 1 1/2 pounds 90% lean ground sirloin 6 tbsp. all purpose flour 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine tomato sauce, barbecue sauce and sugar in a small saucepan. Bring just to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Reserve 2 tbsp. sauce mixture. Transfer remaining mixture to a large bowl. Add meat and mix until well combined. Add flour, salt, onion powder, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well. Transfer to a lightly greased loaf pan and pat into shape. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes. Remove from oven and discard foil. Drain fat from pan. With meatloaf still in pan, cut into 8 slices. Pour the reserved 2 tbsp. sauce mixture in a steady stream down the middle of the meatloaf. Return to oven and bake 25 to 30 minutes until done. Cool in pan 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
