Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
7 to 8 medium red potatoes 2 cloves garlic, minced 4 ounces butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. celery salt 2 tsp. dried dillweed
Directions
Boil potatoes in a large pan with water to cover until barely tender. Drain and cut potatoes into wedges. Melt butter in a large skillet. Add garlic and cook, stirring, 1 minute. Add potatoes, salt, pepper, celery salt and dill. Pan-fry potatoes until lightly browned.
Serves 4.
